Claire Lochmueller (she/her) is an internationally acclaimed award-winning theatre maker. Claire’s performance journey began in Cincinnati, Ohio where she stumbled into the Know Theatre and then just never left.

Her favorite performances include her solo show Cracks: A One-(trans) Woman Dark Comedy Memoir that has toured fringe festivals across the US and in Canada; her numerous roles in Serials! at the Know Theatre; and her improv shows.

Since returning to Chicago, she has trained her comedy chops in improvisation and sketch at the Annoyance Theatre and Logan Square Improv. She can be seen regularly performing at the Annoyance Theatre, IO Theater, and Logan Square Improv. If she is not performing or writing you can usually find her rock climbing. She is a Leo and has two cats.
